This 3-star Superior hotel offers free Wi-Fi, free parking, and a 24-hour bar. It is 3 minutes from the A4 motorway and 10 minutes from central Dresden and Dresden Airport.

All rooms at the family-run Hotel Novalis Dresden include a minibar, satellite TV, and a hairdryer. All guests get a free glass of sparkling wine upon arrival.

Anreisebeschreibung

Arrival by car: From motorway A4, exit Dresden-Hellerau, B170/E55 (direction city center), follow "Hotelroute B", after 2,5 km turn left at the crossing ("Pit Stop" is at the corner) into Hechtstraße, turn immediately right into Bärnsdorfer Straße, Hotel Novalis Arrival from the airport: Commuter train connection (S2) to the train station Bahnhof Neustadt (daily), change to bus 81 (direction Wilschdorf), get off at stop 'St.Pauli-Friedhof'. Cross the main road, our hotel is situated behind "Pit Stop". Please note: the use of Dresden City Card and Regio Card is possible. Arrival by public transport: From train station Bahnhof Neustadt take tram 3 (direction Wilder Mann), get off at stop 'Trachenberger Platz', change to bus 91 (direction Waldschlößchen) and get off at stop 'St.Pauli-Friedhof'.

Bei der Anreise sehr freundliche Dame an der Rezeption, Hat für uns das Frühstück auf 04:30 Uhr bestellt und auch das Wecken um 04:00 Uhr organisiert Das heißt alles für den Nachtdienst aufgeschrieben. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich.

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist ausgesprochen, hilfsbereit und immer darum bemüht, Lösungen zu finden Der kleine Biergarten, in dem bis zu später Stunde noch Getränke serviert werden Das üppige Frühstücksbuffet

Das Reinigungspersonal könnte in den Zimmern etwas gründlicher sein, der "Zoo" hinter den Gardinen war nicht so schön Man kommt zwar mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach Dresden rein, es ist aber gerade in den Abendstunden durch Umsteigen mit erheblichen Wartezeiten verbunden

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit freundlichem und kompetentem Personal. Schönes Ambiente und angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Hotel besitzt eine kleine Bar, die wirklich rund um die Uhr geöffnet ist. Kommt man nach dem Stadtbesuch zurück, kann man hier noch ein wenig ausspannen und auch andere Gäste treffen. Alles in allem ein Hotel, das 3 Sterne Superior auf jeden Fall verdient hat.

Eigentlich keine, lediglich die Erreichbarkeit der Altstadt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist ein wenig umständlich. Man muss einmal vom Bus in die Straßenbahn umsteigen, so dass man etwa 40 Minuten braucht.

Ideales Hotel für einen Dresden-Besuch. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. In 20 Minuten mit Bus und S-Bahn in der Altstadt. Sehr freundliches und engagiertes Personal. Sehr saubere Zimmer.

Which negative Impressions did you get?

Frühstücksraum bei Vollbelegung zu klein. Zu kleine Tische und viel zu eng aneinander gestellt. Beim aufstehen vom Tisch muss man darauf das man den Nebentisch nicht anrempelt.

Zimmer sehr sauber. Personal sehr freundlich und sehr engagiert. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei Internetbuchung. Problemloser Zimmerwechsel von Raucherzimmer zu Nichtraucherzimmer. Kostenloses und schnelles WLAN. Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut - Bushaltestelle ca. 100m von Hotel entfernt. Kurze Strecke zu Autobahnanschlußstelle.

Which negative Impressions did you get?

Stark frequentiertes Hotel. Viele Busreisende. Frühstücksraum an bestimmten Zeiten sehr voll (Service trotzdem sehr flott mit 2-3 Servicekräften, schnelles Auffüllen des Frühstücksbuffets). Viele Parkplätze am Hotel, trotzdem nicht ausreichend. Zimmer war immer sehr warm, selbst an kühlen Tagen. Doppelbett etwas schmal (1,8m).
