The Kaitzbach valley right on the doorstep is ideal for walks.
From our apartment, you have a view of the Wachwitz Elbe slopes, Saxon Switzerland and the foothills of the Eastern Ore Mountains.

Short Characteristics

Our non smoking apartment in the South of Dresden is located in a quiet, green residential area near the city in a 3-family town villa with garden and panoramic view on the banks of the Elbe, the Saxon Switzerland and the Osterzgebirge. The stylish 2-bedroom penthouse apartment offers plenty of space for 2 adults and consists of living room with kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with separate shower and bathtube. The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, television and radio. Use of washing machine and dryer is available on request. Towels and sheets are included. Furnishing and equipping of the apartment with wooden floors and natural wood furniture is allergy friendly. Pets are not allowed.
Seating in the garden can be used by arrangement. Parking is available in the residential street.
Restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

Check in / Check out

You can check in from 3 p.m., the departure shall be until 10 a.m. The exact arrival time shall be agreed with the owner by mobile phone (049/1577/5740161).
If desired,
• a bread delivery service and
• storage of bicycles in the house
can be organized.

Gemütliche und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Fewo, Riesenauswahl an Dresden-Literatur, sogar frische Blumen auf dem Tisch, Straßenbahn und Bushaltestellen gleich um die Ecke. Sehr empfehlenswert!
