Short Characteristics

Ihre Ferienwohnung befindet sich in Dresden-Cotta (Altstadt). Das Haus wurde 1908 erbaut und 1997 komplett rekonstruiert. Es handelt sich um ein 8 Familienhaus mit 4 Ferienwohnungen.
In unmittelbare Umgebung sind Bäcker (auch sonntags), Verkaufsstellen, Cafés und Restaurants.
Idealer Ausgangspunk für die Historische Altstadt, Sächsische Schweiz oder zum Fahrradfahren auf dem Elberadweg.

Ausstattung: Haartrockner, Handtücher und Badetücher, Bettwäsche, Sat-TV, W-LAN, kleine Auswahl an Gewürzen, Filtertüten. Seife und Geschirrspülmittel. Für Kinder bis 3 Jahre stellen wir Babybett (Reisebett) und Hochstuhl bereit. Parkplatz vor den Haus auf der Straße.

Anreise von 15 Uhr bis 20 Uhr. Bitte Anreise mit uns unter 0351 4222020 oder 015204212905 absprechen.
Am Abreisetag ist die Wohnung spätestens 10 Uhr zu übergeben.

Meine Erfahrungen mit Dresden sind rundum positiv zu bewerten. Meine Ferienwohnung war phantastisch, nicht nur, dass sie gemütlich, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und perfekt sauber war, auch die Lage war super. Zwar nicht mehr zentral, aber die S-Bahn und Busstation waren knapp 2 min von der Wohnung entfernt, der Bäcker sogar noch etwas dichter, ein Supermarkt auch nicht weit. Die Fahrt in die Stadt dauerte 13-15 Min., je nach Linie. Alle 10 Min. fährt eine Linie. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Stadt selber hat unglaublich viel zu bieten, als ich genug Kultur hatte, habe ich mir ein tolles Hollandrad gemietet und bin an der Elbe lang gefahren. Wunderbar! Die Menschen der Stadt allgemein sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne komme ich nochmal wieder und werde dann mit 100%iger Sicherheit wieder diese Unterkunft wählen. Vielen Dank Dresden für 5 wunderschöne Tage!

Positiv war die einfache und unkomplizierte Anmeldung. Ferner die Ferienwohnung, die einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt ermöglichte. Außerdem waren wir begeistert von dem Nahverkehrssystem, dass uns ermöglichte auf recht günstige Art von A nach B zu kommen. Die Stadt führung der Dresden Information war sehr gut und wir hatten ein angenehmes Wochenende.

Es war nicht so einfach die Tarifzonen des Verkehrsbetriebes ausfindig zu machen. Andere Touristen hatten ähnliche Probleme.
