Short Characteristics

The well-kept holiday apartment (50 m²) is located in the ground floor of a multi-family house at the district Dresden-Bühlau.
There are: a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom for 1 - 4 persons (double or twin beds possible), a bathroom with shower / WC and hairdryer.
Facilities: three-piece suite, sat-TV(32"), radio / CD, telephon, free internet access (WiFi), coffee machine, fridge, toaster and microwave.
On request: breakfast, pets.
There is a parking lot on the property (for free).
There are good transport connections to the city centre of Dresden.
The holiday flat is a good starting point to discover the surroundings of Dresden (Pillnitz, Saxon Switzerland etc.)
The landlord is a small business owner according to Art. 19 Par. 1 UStG (German sales tax law) and so not liable to VAT.

Anreisebeschreibung

* Arrival by car:
From motorway A4, exit Dresden-Hellerau, turn left after BP gas station (direction Pillnitz) into Stauffenbergallee, continue along B6 (Bautzner Straße), turn right into Grundstraße (Bühlau), turn left after 300 meters, at the corner Wilthener Straße.

* Arrival by public transport:
From Hauptbahnhof Nord (main station) take tram 11 (direction Bühlau) to stop 'Grundstraße', walk right into Grundstaße, house is about 300 m along the road, at the corner Wilthener Straße.

Vermieter sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit.

Sehr antiquierte Einrichtung ( dem Alter der Vermieter entsprechend ), eher abstoßende Optik . Raucherwohnung, dies war nirgends erwähnt , sonst hätte ich diese Objekt nicht gebucht.

Wärmstens zu empfehlen!!! Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Zudem sehe,sehr SAUBER!!!!! Totz der Hauptstrasse, haben wir super geschlafen. Gute isölierte Fenster. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis optimal! Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!!!!

Die FeWo war sehr sauber und gepflegt, alles funktionierte. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich, wir haben sofort viele Informationen über den Urlaubsort, die Verkehrsanbindung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie in der näheren Umgebung erfahren. Das Bad war sehr groß und modern.
