In principle, all adults who stay in hotels, inns or boarding houses, holiday accommodation or similar accommodation facilities as well as on campsites as well as on campsites in Dresden are subject to the lodging tax, unless there is an exceptional tax exemption.
The lodging tax is six percent of the room rate including sales tax and is payable on departure at the lodging facility.

Our new and lovingly furnished holiday home provides a practicable close to the attractions of Dresden as well as relaxation after an eventful sightseeing. Due to the immediate near to Radebeul, Moritzburg and Meißen it`s possible to make beautiful excursions within the theme of Saxon heritage, wine or Karl-May. The famous bicycle way "Elbradweg" is not far away. You could reach our public transportation in a few minutes.
Whether couple or families, you have enough space to enjoy a beautiful holiday.

We are located in the north of Dresden at the hill "Am Wilden Mann/Trachenberge, on the edge of the city, near by "Radebeul", nevertheless central for all journey`s and events.
Your two room holiday home is located in the attic of our two family-house in a beautyful, heritage townhouse settlement.

You can reach us via german motorway A 4. Take the motorway departure "Wilder Mann" toward the center, turn left below the hill at the supermarket "ALDI" in the street "Döbelner Straße", then take the 4th street at the right side "Duckwitzstraße".

After the archway, your holiday home is in the 3rd house on the right side.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns in der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung der Wohnung ist perfekt,die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit,auch Tipps für Ausflüge haben wir bekommen.Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wir übernachteten 3 Nächte bei Familie Maas. Uns hat es super gefallen. Eine sehr schöne eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Man hat alles was man braucht. Die Gästeterasse am Vorgarten ist sehr gemütlich. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und die Wohngegend ist ruhig und angenehm. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Straßenbahn und Supermärkte sind auf kurzem Weg zu erreichen.

Wir waren in Familie unterwegs und sind rundum sehr zufrieden.Die Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig ideal um mal länger zu schlafen nach einem turbulenten Tag in Dresden.Die Unterkunft eignet sich für alle Altersgruppen da Bahn und Geschäfte sich in der Nähe befinden. In die Innenstadt sind es wenige Minuten mit der Bahn. Die benachbarte Umgebung wie Moritzburg,Rabebeul und Meißen ist mit Auto und Bahn in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.Unterkunft in der Ferienwohnung ist voll ausgestattet schön hell und freundlich modern und die Herbergseltern super nett. Wir können nur empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu buchen denn wir werden es in Zukunft bestimmt und sagen nochmals "DANKE"!!! Fam.Rödiger

Die Ferienwohnung ist genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ruhig und dennoch zebtral, da sich die nächste Straßenbahnstation in der Nähe vegindet, ebenso wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Tolle Vermieter, tolle Wohnung, gerne wieder!

Vielleicht sollte man in der Anzeige noch darauf hinweisen, dass das Bett nur eine Matratze hat und kein Doppelbett ist von der Größe her. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber vielleicht ist dies nicht bei jedem so.
