Short Characteristics
Unsere Ferienwohnung "La Lavendula" befindet sich in unserem privaten Wohnhaus in bester Lage am Dresdner Randgebiet und unmittelbarer Nähe zur Landeshauptstadt.
Sie wohnen hier sehr ruhig und idyllisch im Grünen und können bereits aus dem Fenster und vom Balkon schauend einen herrlichen Eindruck von der nahe gelegenen Erzgebirgslandschaft erhalten.
Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über eine niedlich eingerichtete, voll funktionsfähige Küche. In dieser können Sie mit 2 Personen sehr bequem kochen, essen oder bei einem Tässchen Kaffee auch einfach nur "klönen".
Direkt an der Küche liegt der große Südwest-Balkon - ideal für ein genussvolles Frühstück oder einen entspannten Abend mit Sonnenuntergang und Sternenhimmel in herrlicher Ruhe.
In dem großräumigen Wohnzimmer stehen Ihnen Flachbild-Fernseher, ein urig-nostalgisches und zugleich uneingeschränkt funktionierendes Röhren-Radio, ein gemütlicher Ohrensessel, eine bequeme Couch sowie Schränke mit Informations- und Freizeitmaterial zur Verfügung.
In das WC und ins Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne und Waschtrockner gelangen Sie jeweils separat direkt Flur der Wohnung.
Ebenfalls vom Flur aus erreichen Sie das Schlafzimmer mit seinem 1,60 m breiten und sehr komfortablen Boxspringbett und einem geräumigen Kleiderschrank.
Die Ferienwohnung ist mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet, ist sehr hell und sonnendurchflutet.
Ihr Urlaubsidyll liegt geographisch am Rand von Dresden und Freital, landschaftlich geprägt von den Hügeln und Senken des Erzgebirgsvorlands mit seinen fantastischen Aus- und Weitblicken.
Die Nähe zum beeindruckenden Stadtzentrum Dresdens bietet Ihnen die perfekte Infrastruktur für Kulturerlebnisse, Restaurantbummel, Einkaufstouren und vieles mehr.
In direkter Umgebung können Sie Ruhe, Wanderausflüge, Golf, Rad- und Bootstouren genießen.
Das Erzgebirge mit seinen vielfältigen Möglichkeiten für Sommer- und Winteraktivitäten beginnt unmittelbar vor der Haustür. Sie können es z. B. bequem per Kleinbahn entlang der Weißeritz erreichen.
Ausflüge zum Wandern oder Fahrradfahren sind dahin genauso reizvoll wie Hutzenfahrten ins heimelige "Weihnachtsland Erzgebirge“ oder Wintertage mit Schnee-, Ski- und Rodelspaß.
Sehr gut gelangen Sie auch in die Felsenlandschaft der Sächsischen Schweiz mit der bekannten „Bastei“, der Felsenbühne Rathen oder den unzähligen Wanderwegen und Stiegen im Landschaftsschutzgebiet jenseits oder entlang des „Malerwegs“.
Nicht verpassen sollten Sie auch einen Ausflug zu den "genussvollen" Hanglagen des sächsischen Weinanbaugebietes um Meißen und Radebeul – gerne mit einem Blick auf oder in Europas erstes Erlebnisweingut Schloss Wackerbarth und seinem Ensemble aus barocker Anlage, malerischen Weinbergen und moderner Manufaktur.
Als touristischer Geheimtipp gilt nach wie vor der Tharandter Wald mit seinen vielzähligen Wanderwegen, „Entdeckungsinseln“ und dem Mittelpunkt des Freistaates Sachsen.
Sie sehen: Hier kann Abwechslung gelebt werden.

Die Übernahme des Mietobjekts erfolgt am Anreisetag - sofern keine anders lautende Absprache zwischen Mieter und Vermieter erfolgt - ab 16:00 Uhr.

Cancellation / payment conditions
Rental requirements: A binding booking of the rental property is concluded by concluding a rental contract for the rental property between the tenant (s) and the landlord (s). Such a contract is sent by the owner to the prospective tenant (s) after establishing mutual contact and corresponds to a booking confirmation on the part of the landlord. The existence of a rental contract - binding for all parties and signed on both sides - is a necessary prerequisite for moving into the holiday apartment on the day of arrival. Payment terms: The total amount is to be paid by bank transfer as follows: - 20% of the rental price within 14 days after booking - 80% of the rental price, plus security deposit, no later than 2 weeks before the start of the rental If there are less than 15 days between the day the contract is concluded and the day the rental begins, the entire amount must be transferred immediately after the contract is concluded. If the tenant defaults on payment by more than 14 days, the landlord is entitled to terminate the contract without further reason without notice and to rent the property to someone else. Conditions for cancellation, cancellation or termination of stay: Cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The day of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is decisive. If the tenant cancels or terminates the contract before the start of the rental without naming a subsequent tenant who enters the contract on the same terms, the following pro rata payments (excluding final cleaning) are to be paid as compensation, excluding the final cleaning, unless otherwise rented is possible: - Cancellation up to 45 days before the start of the rental: 20% of the rental price - Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price - Cancellation up to 15 days before the start of the rental: 80% of the rental price - otherwise (later than 15 days before the start of the rental): 90% of the rental price. Although the landlord endeavors to rent the property to someone else, it is recommended that the tenant take out travel cancellation insurance. If the tenant cancels the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price.
