Cancellation / payment conditions
Sie zahlen direkt bar am Anreisetag beim Vermieter, zzgl. Beherbergungssteuer;
Bei Stornierung gilt: 14 Tage vor Anreise zahlt der Gast 50% des Mietpreises,
bei Nichtanreise ist der Betrag zu 90% an den Vermieter direkt zu zahlen (Vermieter sendet Rechnung direkt dem Gast zu).

* Arrival by car:
From motorway A4, exit Dresden-Hellerau, follow Radeburger Straße (direction city center), turn left after Aral gast station into Stauffenbergallee, continue along this street straight to the end, turn right into Waldschlösschenstraße, stay on right lane up to total-gas station, turn immediately left into Diakonissenweg, turn right into Holzhofgasse.
* Arrival by public transport:
From Hauptbahnhof Nord (main station) take tram 11 (direction Bühlau) to stop 'Pulsnitzer Straße', walk 20 meters in driving direction, turn right into Löwenstraße, walk left after approx. 100 into Holzhofgasse.
