Short Characteristics

The modern and newly furnished family homes are located in the east of the city, in “Dresden-Großzschachwitz”.
Holiday Apartement 1: 84 m², 3 sleeping rooms, until 8 persons
Holiday Apartement 2: 60 m², 2 sleeping rooms, until 4 persons
Autobahn exit A17 „Dresden-Niedersedlitz“, S-Bahn, tram and bus are to be found nearby.
Also, shopping facilities, supermarkets, baker, butcher, petrol stations, restaurants and a bank can be found in immediate vicinity. Bike room, garden with barbecue, washing machine (for a fee), bed linen, towels and more. Please prescind from bringing animals/pets to the family homes due to the homes' suitability for allergy sufferers.

Arrival: from 2 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Departure: until 11 a.m.
Please prearrange precise arrival and/or departure times with the landlord at 0049 172 796 33 20.
In case you need a travel bed or high chair for kids, do not hesitate to ask for them beforehand. They can be provided complimentarily.
 

Cancellation / payment conditions

Cancellation: It is generally possible to cancel the booking for the apartment.    Graduation for the cancellation fees of the apartment:  Written cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival, from 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount.  From 7 days before arrival 90% of the total amount    After we have received the cancellation from you, 
we will immediately look for other guests for the corresponding period and offset the earnings against the cancellation fees. 
With timely notification of the cancellation, it was almost always possible to rent the apartments without further cancellation costs. 
We recommend you get travel cancellation insurance.

Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll, trotz das wir etwas zu spät ankamen. Die Ferienwohnung lag sehr gut, so dass wir Einkäufe gleich in der Nähe erledigen konnten.

Die Unterkunft war sauber. Der Vermieter sehr nett und freundlich. Uns wurde auch auf Wunsch ein Kinderreisebett und einen Kinderhochstuhl kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Ich kann die Ferienwohnung ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Dresden.

Echte negative Eindrücke gab es nicht. Eine Spülmaschine in der Küche wäre noch super gewesen, aber es ging für die paar Tage auch ohne Geschirrspülmaschine.

In dieser Wohnung haben wir sauber vorgefunden und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist groß, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Prima ist, das Bad und Toilette getrennt sind. Die Küche hat eine gute Ausstattung und ist schön groß. Wir können diese Wohnung wirklich weiter empfehlen. Berliner Gäste Mutter und Tochter Übrigens: Dresden ist eine tolle Stadt. Interessant und sauber........

Es handelte sich um eine Fewo, nicht um ein Hotel. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, gab viele Hinweise zum Aufenthalt in Dresden und reagierte schnell auf Beanstandungen.

Which negative Impressions did you get?

In der Beschreibung ist lediglich von drei Schlafzimmern die Rede. Es sollte aber darauf hingewiesen werden, dass eines der Schlafzimmer nur durch das angrezende zweite zugänglich ist. Ferner kann das gemeinsame Badezimmer nur durch das dritte Schlafzimmer erreicht werden. Diese beiden Zimmer sind in einem insgesamt vom Rest der Wohnung getrennten Bereich.
