The following applies from July 1, 2023:
In principle, all adults who stay in hotels, inns or boarding houses, holiday accommodation or similar accommodation facilities as well as on campsites as well as on campsites in Dresden are subject to the lodging tax, unless there is an exceptional tax exemption.
The lodging tax is six percent of the room rate including sales tax and is payable on departure at the lodging facility.

The single room holiday home (40 sqm) is situated on the ground floor of the house. It consists of a combined sleeping and living room with a king-size bed, a single bed, a sleeping couch, radio and tv.  The open fitted kitchen provides dishes, electric kitchen stove, fridge, coffee maker and dinette for 3 people.
The bathroom provides shower and wc.

Cancellation / payment conditions

The payment of the apartment is made on the day of arrival and is only possible in cash. 
Cancellation of the apartment is free of charge up to 10 days before arrival. 
From 9 days before arrival we charge 30% of the price. From 8 days before arrival we charge 50% of the price. 
In case of no-show without cancellation, 100% of the price will be charged.
