Short Characteristics

- 2 tastefully furnished holiday apartments on the upper floor of a multiple dwelling in a quietly situated villa in Dresden-Zschertnitz
- in immediate vicinity of city center
- shopping facilities and public transport within walking distance (approx. 300 meters)
- apartment 1 for 4 persons (40 m²) was completed and new equipped in 2005. It has a bedroom, living room with couch, cable television, bathroom with shower/WC and kitchen - access to apartment via staircase (not suitable for children under 3 years and physically handicapped people)
- apartment 2 with balcony (45 m²) for 4 persons was completly renovated in 2003 an new equipped in 2007 - bedroom with 2 beds, living room with balkony, cable televsion, internet access, bathroom with bathtub/WC and kitchen
- breakfast not possible
- babybed and bed for children on request
- possibility to park the bicycles in the garage

 (The landlord is a small business owner according to Art. 19 Par. 1 UStG (German sales tax law) and so not liable to VAT.)

Eines der vielen Highlights unseres Dresden-Aufenthaltes war definitiv die schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon der Villa Dornack. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einer schönen Villengegend, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle liegt in 3 Minuten Gehentfernung - unser Auto haben wir vor Ort gar nicht benötigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und gepflegt, sie ist prima aufgeteilt - man hat alles, was man benötigt. Ein ganz dickes Dankeschön an die liebe Frau Dornack als hervorragende Gastgeberin ! Wir erinnern uns sehr sehr gerne an unsere schönen Gespräche und den gemeinsamen Schlummertrunk zurück. Wir kommen sicherlich gerne wieder ! Viele Grüße Barbara Werner & Mutti

Which positive impressions did you get?

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon, in der es an nichts fehlte. Eine Spülmaschine wäre vielleicht noch ganz nett gewesen, aber auch nicht unbedingt notwendig. Netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Frühere Anreise nach Absprache kein Problem. Ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstrasse Seitenstrasse. Gute Verkehrsanbindung ca. 3 Minuten Fussweg zur Haltestelle. Von dort mit Straßenbahn 11 in ca. 10 Minuten ohne umsteigen zum Postplatz, wo man sich direkt am Zwinger und dem historischen Zentrum befindet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft und würde sie jederzeit wieder mieten und weiter empfehlen.

Die Wohnung war sehr ordentlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch für drei Personen hat die Wohnung eine gute Größe. Der Fußweg zum Hbf und in die Stadt war auch sehr gut machbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Ich habe einen rundum positiven Eindruck von der Unterkunft und kann diese nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen. In 10 min ist man mit der Straßenbahn in der Altstadt von Dresden. Dennoch ist sie sehr ruhig gelegen. Man kann also dem Trubel der Stadt am Abend entfliehen. Es ist sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Man kann sich durchaus wohl fühlen.

Der Schnitt der Wohnung unter dem Dach ist nicht für jeden was. Es handelt sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung mit zahlreichen Schrägen, die einen einengenden Eindruck vermitteln. Auch das Bad und die Dusche sind sehr eng geschnitten. Außerdem ist die Wohnung nur über eine steile Treppe erreichbar.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Das Appartment ist schön eingerichtet und liegt verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe einer Haltestelle der Straßenbahnlinie 11. Man ist schnell in der Innenstadt. Die Betten sind gut, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Leider hat Ihr Portal unsere Buchung kurzfristig storniert, trotz Ihrer Buchungsbestätigung. Wir wollten auf der Durchreise noch zwei Tage in Dresden verbringen. Da es sehr kurzfristig war und es nicht möglich war eine weitere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit auf die Schnelle zu finden, mussten wir durchfahren. Unsere Heimfahrt betrug dann 9 Stunden. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ganz ruhigen Viertel in Dresden ; die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung reicht für zwei Personen, ich war allein und hatte natürlich viel Platz.

Which negative Impressions did you get?

Die Wohnung liegt unter dem Dach, aber richtig isoliert. Ich musste jedesmal zwei Etagen hochgehen ; das war aber meine Schuld : ich hatte ziemlich spät gebucht.

selbst für rüstige Personen ist die Steige in die Dachwohnung eine Zumutung für 4 Personen viel zu enger Raum Bad ohne Spiegel über Waschbecken Essplatz nur für 2 Personen ausgesattet und zu eng Schlafraum Betten über Eck
