Located in a quite area, the bright and friendly four-star non-smoking holiday apartments are welcoming its guests. The house is modernly furnished, 75 m² in size and have a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. From the covered terrace you can overview the lovely planted garden. Here you can enjoy a comfortable stay for 2 to 5 persons – two separate bedrooms and a sofa-bed in the living room are available for the overnight stay. Your holiday apartment was completely renovated in 2009. Holiday on the outskirts of Dresden - nearly rural and yet only a few tram stations away from the centre. You are looking for a fair room? Spare yourself the stress of finding a car park in the fair area – book your fair accommodation in Dresden for 2 to 5 persons here. By tram in less than 30 minutes from door to door. You favour an evening stop in the historic Old Town of Dresden or in the scene quarter Dresden-Neustadt? The tram route 11 is running nearly all night long.The holiday apartment „Das Baue Haus“ Dresden is an alternative to a guest-house. The landlord is a small business owner according to Art. 19 Par. 1 UStG (German sales tax law) and so not liable to VAT. Additionally to the rental price a fee of 25.00 Euro for the final cleaning is charged.

Check in / Check out

Arrival usually from 4 p.m., departure until 10:30 a.m. at latest. Deviations are only possible if arranged in advance by telephone under 0049 351 310 49 49. Incidentally, it is referred to the terms and conditions.

Cancellation / payment conditions

The rental price and the additional fee of 35.00 Euro for the final cleaning have to be paid in cash on arrival. The landlord reserves the right to demand a deposit on the agreed price for the usage of the holiday apartment and other agreed services from the guest prior to the arrival. Unless demanded differently, the deposit has to be paid by the 8th day after the submission of the invoice at the latest. If the payment is not received at due date, the landlord is entitled to withdraw from the contract. The landlord informs the guest in writing (post or email). It is agreed taht the following cancellation policy is valid: The right to compensation is phased, i.e. it is compounded in a percentage ratio of the travel price in consideration of the period between the date of the cancellation and the contracted start of the travel. Moreover, compensation calculation are to take into account standard expenditure as a result of the withdrawal and alternative usages of travel services. After receipt of the declaration of withdrawal, the compensation is calculated as follows: up to 45 days before arrival 25 %, from 44 to 25 days before arrival 40 %, from 24 to 11 days before arrival 50 %, from 10 to 3 days before arrival 80 %, in the event that this deadline is not met or the guest does not show up 90 % of the travel price has to be paid. In any case, the guest reserves the right to prove to the landlord that the landlord has suffered no, or considerably less, damage than claimed.

Räume groß, alles Notwendige vorhanden (allerdings Möbel billigster Bauart). Parkmöglichkeit an der Straße. Fröhliche (etwas sehr bunte) Farben im ganzen Haus. Garten hinter dem Haus.

Which negative Impressions did you get?

Kühlschrank beim Eintreffen warm, Getränkekühlung deshalb erst ab Tag 2 möglich. M. E. bei Tagespreis über 100 Euro übertriebene Sparsamkeit! Etwas Kaffeepulver wäre wünschenswert.
