In principle, all adults who stay in hotels, inns or boarding houses, holiday accommodation or similar accommodation facilities as well as on campsites as well as on campsites in Dresden are subject to the lodging tax, unless there is an exceptional tax exemption.
The lodging tax is six percent of the room rate including sales tax and is payable on departure at the lodging facility.

Cancellation / payment conditions

Terms of payment  Please pay the agreed total price in cash upon arrival, plus the lodging tax of 6% of the total price.    Cancellation policy  Cancellations are free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. We charge 50% up to 14 days before arrival, 
80% up to 3 days before arrival and 90% of less than 3 days before arrival. If you do not arrive, we also charge 90% of the agreed total price

Sehr großzügige Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung. Separates Duschbad. Separate Küche mit guter Austattung. Schöne Einrichtung. Innerhalb 5 Minuten Straßenbahnhaltestelle erreichbar - nach 10-15 min. Ohne Umstieg in der Altstadt.

Schön gelegene Ferienwohnung in sorgfältig renoviertem Mehrfamilienhaus im Stadtteil Striesen. Ausgezeichnete Infrastruktur in der unmittelbaren Umgebung: Restaurants, Läden, Kultur, gute öffentliche Verkehrsverbindungen in die Stadt, aber trotzdem ruhige Lage.
