The following applies from July 1, 2023:
In principle, all adults who stay in hotels, inns or boarding houses, holiday accommodation or similar accommodation facilities as well as on campsites as well as on campsites in Dresden are subject to the lodging tax, unless there is an exceptional tax exemption.
The lodging tax is six percent of the room rate including sales tax and is payable on departure at the lodging facility.

Departure: until 11 a.m.
Please prearrange arrival and/or departure times different from the above mentioned with the landlord.

Cancellation / payment conditions

Terms of payment:    Please pay the agreed total price in cash upon arrival. Credit card or EC card payments are not possible.      Cancellation policy:    Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. We charge 50% up to 14 days before arrival, 
80% up to 3 days before arrival and 90% of less than 3 days before arrival. If you do not arrive, we also charge 90% of the agreed total price.
