Beherbergungssteuer

The following applies from July 1, 2023:
In principle, all adults who stay in hotels, inns or boarding houses, holiday accommodation or similar accommodation facilities as well as on campsites as well as on campsites in Dresden are subject to the lodging tax, unless there is an exceptional tax exemption.
The lodging tax is six percent of the room rate including sales tax and is payable on departure at the lodging facility.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoß des Hauses und verfügt über einen seperaten Eingang. Die Wohnung ist ca. 75 m² groß und für bis zu 4 Personen geeignet.

Die 2 Schlafzimmer sind mit einem Doppelbett bzw. 2 Einzelbetten, dazu gehörigen Nachtschränken und jeweils 1 Kleiderschrank und LED-TV (Fire TV-Stick) pro Zimmer ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt über eine Kühl-, Gefrierkombination, Mikrowelle, Küchenherd mit Backofen und Cerankochfeld sowie einer Vollausstattung mit Geschirrspül- und Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster etc. Ein großer Tisch mit 4 Stühlen befinden sich ebenfalls der Küche.

Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Digital-TV mit Fire TV-Stick, ein großer Tisch mit 4 hochwertigen Stühlen, eine Couch mit Couch-Tisch und ein Drehsessel zur Verfügung. Über den Flur mit Spiegel, Garderobe, Sitzbank und Infotafel gelangen Sie entweder in die Küche, Schlafzimmer oder in das Bad, welches mit Toilette, Eckbadewanne inkl. Dusche und Waschbecken ausgerüstet ist. Ein Haartrockner ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über einen Internet-Anschluß via W-LAN, welcher grundkostenfrei ist.

HINWEISE FÜR FIRMEN:

1. Bitte bei der Buchung Firmenname o.ä. angeben, so kann gleich getrennte Unterbringung (Zimmer) eingeplant werden.
2. Es ist eine GETRENNTE Unterbringung von max. 3 Personen möglich (Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer), ansonsten 2 Personen pro Zimmer.
3. Bitte die Telefonnr. zur Kontaktaufnahme (genaue Ankunftzeit etc.) an die anreisenden Mitarbeiter weitergeben und möglichst an letzten Werktag VOR der Anreise Kontakt mit uns aufnehmen (per E-Mail oder telefonisch).

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt im Süd-Westen Dresdens, in einer vom Wein- und Obstbau geprägten Gegend, ruhig und verkehrsgünstig auf dem Berg gelegen.Talwärts befinden sich ehemalige Bergwerksschächte, die ehemalige Bienert-Mühle, die ehemalige Felsenkeller-Brauerei und die Stadt Freital - entlang dem Fluß Weißeritz. Einen wunderschönen Panorama-Blick über Dresden und Radebeul haben Sie in der Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar.

Check in / Check out

Anreise Montag bis Sonntag von 16.00 Uhr bis 20 Uhr möglich. Danach nur mit telefonischer Absprache. Abreise bis spätestens 11.00 Uhr.
Bei Anreise bitte 1 Tag vorher unter Telefonnummer +49(0)162 7173 978 anrufen, um die genaue Anreisezeit zu vereinbaren oder um Verspätungen der Anreise mitzuteilen.

Cancellation / payment conditions

Payment of the total amount in cash upon arrival. No checks, no credit cards, no EC card payments, no payment on account.  Cancellation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date, 
thereafter 50% of the total accommodation price up to 7 days before the arrival date and 
80% of the total accommodation price less than 7 days before the arrival date.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, Ferienwohnung liegt etwas außerhalb und schön ruhig (ca. 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt mit dem PKW). Alles sauber und sehr viel Platz für 4 Personen.

Which positive impressions did you get?

Sehr nette Vermieter, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und man hat in nur 100 m Entfernung direkt die Bushaltestelle, so dass man stressfrei direkt und relativ schnell in der Innenstadt von Dresden ist. Alles in allem hat es uns hier sehr gut gefallen. :)

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, es fehlt nichts. Sie befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage und das Stadtzentrum ist mit dem Bus in ca. 23 min erreichbar. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.
