Short Characteristics

Are you looking for a cheap accommodation, but do not want to forgo a pleasant atmosphere, then you are "in our house on Renner" right. Whether for business, private, short trip or a pleasant weekend - you are correct. The board is "On Renner easily accessible by public transport and quick access to their desired trip or destination.

Cancellation / payment conditions

Cancellation of a reservation is made possible as follows: A cancellation of the rooms until 10 days before the date of arrival, after that, up to 50% of the first night will be charged. In case of cancellation from the 2nd Day prior to arrival will be up to 80% of the first night or in the case of the absence of the guest, the price paid for the booking.
In case of cancellation of tour groups of 10 or charge until 20 days before arrival free of charge. calculated up to 10 days before arrival date, the board 50% of the package price. Cancellation from 3 Date of arrival, 80% of the total price due.

Which positive impressions did you get?

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und eingewiesen, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr positiv ist auch die unmittelbare Anbindung an die Straßenbahn , wir waren in 10 min. Im Zentrum , wie auch die Parkmöglichkeit unmittelbar am Objekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Which positive impressions did you get?

Die Pension kann ich vorbehaltlos empfehlen. Sie ist mit dem Auto oder mit dem ÖPV sehr gut zu erreichen, es gibt Parkplätze am Haus, bzw. in den Strassen ums Haus. In die City braucht man so mit der Strassenbahn nur ca. 12-15 Minuten und man kann bis spät in die Nacht fahren, da die Nachtlinie ebenfalls in der Nähe hält. Service, Freundlichkeit und Sauberkeit sind absolut top, es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Haus wurde vor einiger Zeit renoviert und ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Übernachtspreis ist eben- falls sehr gut, wenn man betrachtet, was man alles dafür bekommt. Sollten wir nochmal nach Dresden kommen wisen wir, wo wir übernachten werden.

Gastgeber waren sehr nett, Pension liegt ruhig. Alles sauber, Zimmer groß. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung (Straßenbahn nur wenige Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt, 10min zur Altstadt)

Die Pension Am Renner ist sehr sauber. Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch eine spätere Ankunft war kein Problem. Das günstige Frühstücksbuffet ist reichlich und gut sortiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Betrieb siehe unten. Dresden ist eine sehr schöne Stadt, das Angebot für Touristen ist sehr reichhaltig. Sogar die Tarife der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind einfacher zu verstehen als in vielen anderen Großstädten

Die Rudolf-Renner-Straße wird zur Zeit saniert, dadurch Behinderungen. Das hat aber der Beherberdungsbetrieb nicht zu verantworten.

Angenehm überrascht, trotz des Hochwasser war Dresden sehr gepflegt. Menschen waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft hier wurde viel gemacht. Frühstück reichlich und sehr gut. Hatten vor ein paar Jahren sehr viel negatives in Friedrichroda erlebt.

Saubere, bequeme Unterkunft. Auf den Gängen herrscht Ruhe. Reichhaltiges Frühstück, angenehme Atmosphäre. Sehr gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt (Strassenbahnhaltestelle 2 min von der Unterkunft) und an die Autobahn A4.

Es war alles super sauber, so etwas habe ich teilweise in Top Hotels nicht gesehen. Sehr freundliche Besitzer der Pension. Immer bemüht auf alles eine Antwort zu finden. In der Pension wurden von verschiedenen Gästen Tipps gesammelt, wo man Essen gehen kann, die super sind und alle in der Nähe liegen. Das Frühstück war super es gab alles was man braucht. Das Haus ist von aussen noch im Renovierungszustand aber von innen alles TOP.

Das äußere der Pension wirkte sehr schlicht. Die Innenausstattung hingegen war lobenswert. Alles hell, ordenlich, sauber und teilweise recht neu. Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich.

Gut zu erreichen. Zentral gelegen, da schnelle Verbindung mit der Straßenbahn. Nette Vermieter. Alles neu rennoviert und sauber. Außenanlagen sind noch im Ausbau.
