Short Characteristics

Our house is located in the midst of the scene and artists' quarter Dresden Neustadt. Thanks to our central location you can reach all tourist and shopping destinations in a few minutes on foot or by public transport. The guest house Alte Remise is located in the garden of an old villa built in 1858. It was rebuilt in 2007 and opened as a private guest-house (non-smokers). Experience the interplay of old and new in our stylish rooms with parquet, solid wooden furniture and antiquities. All rooms are suitable for allergic persons, have a daylight bath, a tea kitchen and a living area. In public areas free parking is possible, on our property you have to pay a fee. There are parking spaces for bicycles. Free WLAN. The price includes a sweet breakfast.

Cancellation / payment conditions

Extract of the General Terms and Conditions of the guest house

The guest may withdrawal from the booking at any time before the arrival. The receipt of the declaration of cancellation is desicive. 

Up to 50 days prior to the date of arrival, the cancellation is free of charge. Payments already made are to be returned to the customer. In case of a cancellation within 49 to 30 days prior to the planned date of arrival, 20 % of the total or partial amount have to be paid. In case of a cancellation within 29 to 6 days prior to the planned date of arrival, 50 % of the total or partial amount have to be paid. From 5 days prior to the planned date of arrival 90 % of the total or partial amount have to be paid. In case of earlier departure of the guests, irrespective of the reason of the departure, the total amount agreed upon in the contract has to be paid immediately. The conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance is to be recommended.

Die Unterkunft ist für Geschäftsreisende oder 2 Personen für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ca.1..2 Wochen sehr geeignet. Für Familien ist 1 Doppelzimmer allein bestimmt zu klein. Zimmer sind hell und praktisch eingerichtet. Es überwiegt der außergewöhnliche Charakter. Das WLAN ist gut verfügbar und schnell.

Für gehbehinderte Personen ist die Erreichbarkeit der Unterkünfte sehr beschwerlich. Eine schmale und relativ steile Treppe führt zu den Zimmern.

Ich war drei Tage in Dresden. Die Alte Remise ist toll. Zimmer (mit Teeküche), Wintergarten und Garten sind großzügig und schön. Außerdem ist das Haus zentral gelegen mit guter Anbindung an den Bahnhof und den Nachverkehr. Abends kann man im Viertel sehr gut ausgehen und essen. Das Programmkino Schauburg ist direkt um die Ecke gelegen. Die Vermieter sind angenehm und gebildet, man bekommt viele wertvolle Tipps, die den Aufenthalt wirklich erleichtern. Obwohl es eine Pension ist, kann man mit ec-Karte (nicht Kreditkarte) bezahlen. Jederzeit wieder!

Die privat geführte Pension vermittelt eine seltene Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Das Konzept ist durchdacht und insbesondere die Betten großartig. Das auf ein \"süßes Frühstück\" reduzierte Frühstücksangebot ist im Vorfeld als solches ausgewiesen und nachhaltig begründet. Die \"Alte Remise\" ist in der Neustadt zentral gelegen und auch die touristischen Ziele in der Altstadt sind fußläufig recht schnell erreichbar.

Sehr nettes Personal, tolle Ausstattung (hochwertige Möbel, Holzfußböden) und Einteilung der Zimmer (Wohn-, Schlafbereich, Teeküche), gemütlicher Frühstücksbereich mit Blick auf den Garten. Hotel ist verkehrstechnisch super angebunden.

Host/owner is very helpful with local information. The apartment was run professionally and was clean and comfortable. Location was convenient to tram stop about 1 block away.
