Our apartment rooms (35 - 40 m²) combine every conveniences of a “real“ home in small space. Living and sleeping room form a harmonic unity. The kitchen has a refrigerator, a ceramic stove top and a great variety of kitchen utensils. The bath room is equipped with a bath tub. This quarter is adapted for alone travellers.

Short Characteristics

In the heart of Dresden, just a few minutes away from the historical old town and the important sights, we offer you 45 elegant and comfortable furnished rooms and apartments. 
The complex of buildings is stretched over 2 neighboured streets – the Ostra-Allee and the Maxtstraße. Whom belong to the last existing Wilhelminian styled streets in the city centre of Dresden.

Zwinger Palace, the Semperoper opera house and the Frauenkirche church can all be reached on foot in a matter of minutes. Dresden Mitte railway station and Postplatz square each lie some 500 metres from the guesthouse, and both are convenient transport interchanges. Nearby you find numerous restaurants, a bakery, a butcher's shop and a hairdresser.

We offer our breakfast buffet in out restaurant Maximus from Monday to Friday between 7.00 - 10.30am, on weekend as well as on holidays between 8.00 - 11.30am.From Monday to Friday we offer also our loved business lunch between 11.30 am to 2.30pm.
Beyond this times our restaurant is rentable for your private events, weddings, oder parties. We would love to organise and embellish your event.

Our Reception is located at Maxstraße 3, approximately 100 metres from our house Ostra-Allee 27.
Please note our opening times:

Monday – Friday: 07:00 a.m. till 10:00 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday and on Holidays: 09:30 a.m. till 06:00 p.m.

By prior arrangement, it is possible for you to arrive outside of the stated Reception opening hours. Guests arriving late at night can pick up their key from our night safe.

Cancellation / payment conditions

A binding cancellation can only be made on the website your booking is made.

We charge the following fees for the cancellation of a firm booked accommodation:

up to 7 days before arrival free of charge
up to 4 days before arrival 50 per cent of the total amount
less than 3 days before arrival 75 per cent of the total amount

If we were able to sell the room to another guest, there no need of paying. If the hotel is not informed about a cancellation, the first night will be charged with 100 per cent of the total amount, the following nights with 75 per cent.
