Freundlicher Vermieter, moderne (allerdings fensterlose) Küche, nette Echtholzschränke. Lage: Sehr ruhige Seitenstraße nahe am Elbufer.

Which negative Impressions did you get?

Das Wort "Gartenetage" aus der Beschreibung ist ein Euphemismus für Souterrain. Zwischen Badezimmer / Klo und dem Rest der Wohnung liegt eine Stufe, die von oben kommend leicht zu übersehen ist. Die Klotür ist nur etwa 180 cm hoch. Die Betten sind unangenehm weich. Das WLAN kommt aus einer höheren Etage und ist noch brauchbar, aber teilweise wackelig.

Tolles Anwesen und super in Schuß. Die Dopplfenster und Mobiliar (Bett glücklicherweise nich) versetzen einen ein halbes Jahrhundert zurück in... "Es war einmal....." Aber nichts abgenutzt oder so.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet außerhalb der Kernstadt. Trotzdem gut Anbindung zur Stadtmitte mit dem Auto und ÖPNV. Gute Erreichbarkeit und Parkmöglichkeit. Die Wohnung ist gut mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Nette Vermieter. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Die beiden Schlafzimmer liegen direkt hintereinander. Daher kommt man in das hintere Schlafzimmer nur, wenn man das davor liegende Schlafzimmer durchquert. Die Wohnung ist ein ausgebauter Keller, daher nur eingeschränkter Wohlfühlfaktor.

Gute, ruhige Lage in Dresden nah am Schillerplatz und der Elbe/ Brücke \"Blaues Wunder\" (nicht zentral, aber nah an meinem Einsatzort); sehr fairer Preis,; freundliche Begrüßung; gute Empfehlungen für ein Bier/Snack am Abend (Schillergarten) und ein Frühstück (Café Hübler) in fußläufiger Nähe; alles bestens: sauber, nett & schlicht eingerichtet, gepflegtes Bad zur alleinigen Nutzung, schön ruhig zum Sclafen.

The neighbourhood was very nice, it was nice with a shared garden with things for the kids to play with

Which negative Impressions did you get?

It was not possible to get breakfast served although the website stated so and it was a main reason for choosing this room. There was a few utensils, a fridge a a water boiler, so it was possible to have the essentials to make breakfast but no possibility for washing the dishes. The living room was over furnished and could easily have held a small kitchenette, which it didn\'t.
