-unkomplizierte Buchung -Anreise war auch NACH Anreiseuhrzeit möglich -sehr freundliche Gastgeber -sehr saubere Unterkunft und weit mehr als ein Einzelzimmer in einer Pension eigentlich bieten müßte -Wasser-Kaffe-UND Kochmöglichkeit ist vorhanden -es gibt 3 separate Räume, was einem kleinen Appartement gleicht -trotz der Distanz zum Zentrum mit Busanbindungen Nr. 66 UND Nr.86 ab Hbf. DD auch spätabens und nachts gut erreichbar

Das EZ (1.Stock) hat Fenster zur einspurigen Teerstrasse mit mäßigem Verkehr. Lüften auch zum ruhigen Innenhof möglich.
