Short Characteristics
One of the most individual addresses in Dresden Neustadt. The house, built in 1880 in the Wilhelminian style, is centrally located close to the Marien Bridge on the Elbpanoramaweg and has been owned by the family since 1920. Following the flood of the century in the year 2002, the ground floor was extensively renovated and fitted out with all the latest comforts. During the renovation work the historical sandstone walls were exposed. These have been integrated into the interior design, adding to the artistic flair of the theme rooms. Each room is uniquely furnished and the loving details focus on famous buildings or personalities of Dresden. The charming garden of the house underlines the concept of an oasis in the city. If you want to stay at a central location, but without the noise and stress of city traffic, you will feel at home in our non-smoking house which also caters for allergy sufferers.
There is free parking for our guests in front of the house.

* Arrival by car:
From motorway A4 from Chemnitz / Hof, exit Dresden-Neustadt, straight on at first intersection in direction Mickten, leave Lommatzscher Straße after approx. 1 km, turn right into Leipziger Straße, follow street to Marienbrücke bridge and turn left into the Uferstraße, turn into the second street on the right (Hafenstraße) and drive to corner Ludwigstraße, there is the guest house.
From motorway A4 from Berlin, exit Wilder-Mann, continue along Hansastraße in direction city center to the train station "Bahnhof Neustadt", drive in direction Marienbrücke bridge, pass bridge and turn right into Leipziger Straße (don't cross the river), immediately turn left into Uferstaße and take second street on the right (Hafenstraße), follow street to corner Ludwigstraße, there is the guest house.

From the train station "Bahnhof Neustadt" in walking distance ( 5 min.)

Tram stop: junction of Anton and Leipziger Strasse (2 mins on foot)
