In the heart of Dresden, just a few minutes away from the historical old town and the important sights, we offer you 45 elegant and comfortable furnished rooms and apartments. 
The complex of buildings is stretched over 2 neighboured streets – the Ostra-Allee and the Maxtstraße. Whom belong to the last existing Wilhelminian styled streets in the city centre of Dresden.

Zwinger Palace, the Semperoper opera house and the Frauenkirche church can all be reached on foot in a matter of minutes. Dresden Mitte railway station and Postplatz square each lie some 500 metres from the guesthouse, and both are convenient transport interchanges. Nearby you find numerous restaurants, a bakery, a butcher's shop and a hairdresser.

We offer our breakfast buffet in out restaurant Maximus from Monday to Friday between 7.00 - 10.30am, on weekend as well as on holidays between 8.00 - 11.30am.From Monday to Friday we offer also our loved business lunch between 11.30 am to 2.30pm.
Beyond this times our restaurant is rentable for your private events, weddings, oder parties. We would love to organise and embellish your event.

Our Reception is located at Maxstraße 3, approximately 100 metres from our house Ostra-Allee 27.
Please note our opening times:

Monday – Friday: 07:00 a.m. till 10:00 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday and on Holidays: 09:30 a.m. till 06:00 p.m.

By prior arrangement, it is possible for you to arrive outside of the stated Reception opening hours. Guests arriving late at night can pick up their key from our night safe.

The directions to our central located reception area in the Maxstraße 3!

From the airport Dresden with the Airport-Train (No. S2)

Modern shuttle trains connect the airport with the centre of Dresden. The station for this train (called “S-Bahn”) is located in the underground of the new terminal.
The ride time till "Bahnhof Mitte" is about 20 minutes.
At the “station Mitte” you leave the platform through the back exit and the station ground in the direction to the centre.
You cross the “Könneritzstraße” and stay on the left side to take a turn into the “Maxstraße”.
After about 200 meters you can see on the right side of the street our reception.
A single ticket for the fare zone Dresden costs 2.00 € (1 hour valid for S-Bahn, tram and bus)



From the Main station (Hauptbahnhof Dresden)

From Main station go by tram No. 11 (direction Bühlau) take of the fourth station called
“Am Zwingerteich”.
Follow the street, after 20 meters turn left into Maxstraße.



From the Train station Dresden Neustadt

From Station “Dresden Neustadt” go by tram No. 11 (direction “Zschernitz”) take of the second station called “Kongresszentrum”.
Walk left into the "Ostra-Allee" at the first corner turn right into the “Maxstraße”.



Arriving from the Autobahn out of the direction Bautzen / Berlin

- Autobahn exit "Dresden Hellerau"
- On the B170 in the direction to the ZENTRUM (centre)
- At the Train station “Dresden Neustadt”, after the undercrossing of the rails turn right
- follow the street course over the “Marienbrücke” and order into the 2.nd traffic light on the left side
- turn left into the “Maxstraße”



Arriving from the Autobahn out of the direction Leipzig / Chemnitz

- Autobahn exit “Dresden Altstadt”
- On the B6 direction to the ZENTRUM
- turn right after the Kongresszentrum into the "kleine Packhofstraße"
- next corner turn right into “Ostra-Allee”
- next street left into “Maxstrasse”
