• Depending on the booked rate, prepayment, a credit card guarantee, or payment on-site may be required.

• Additional services and charges incurred on-site must be settled directly at the hotel unless already included in the price of the stay.
• Separate payment and deposit terms may be agreed upon for group, event, and corporate bookings.
Cancellation Policy
• The specific deadline for free cancellation depends on the rate booked or the individual reservation confirmation.
• Non-cancellable or non-refundable rates are subject to the special conditions specified at the time of booking.
• In the event of late cancellation or non-arrival (no-show), cancellation fees or no-show charges may apply in accordance with the booking confirmation and the General Terms and Conditions.
• Unless otherwise agreed and provided the hotel cannot re-let the rooms, the General Terms and Conditions stipulate a flat-rate deduction for saved expenses. Accordingly, 90% of the agreed price may be charged for accommodation with or without breakfast; 70% for half-board; and 60% for full-board.
• For bookings made via intermediaries or online portals, the cancellation and payment terms confirmed there for the selected rate take precedence.

By car / from the motorway
• Navigation address: Hülßestraße 1, 01237 Dresden.
• Take the A17 motorway to the Dresden-Prohlis exit.
• The hotel is approximately 3 km from the motorway exit.
• Follow the signs towards Dresden/Reick and then proceed to Hülßestraße.
• Parking is available at the hotel; use is subject to a fee and availability.
From Dresden Airport (DRS)
• Take the S-Bahn line S2 from Dresden Airport towards Dresden.
• Travel to the Dresden-Reick S-Bahn station.
• From Dresden-Reick, continue by bus (e.g., line 64 or 65) towards Hülßestraße/Hülße-Gymnasium.
• Alternatively, you can complete the journey by taxi.
• Please check the current timetables of the Upper Elbe Transport Authority (VVO).
From Dresden Central Station (Hauptbahnhof)
• Leave the central station towards Wiener Platz.
• Go to the "Hauptbahnhof Nord" stop.
• Take tram line 4 towards Prohlis.
• Get off at the "Hülßestraße" stop.
• It is just a short walk from there to the hotel.
Public transport / S-Bahn
• "Hülßestraße" tram stop in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
• "Dresden-Reick" S-Bahn station nearby.
• Direct or well-coordinated connections to Dresden city center and the central station.

For cyclists
• The hotel is located approximately 3 km from the Elbe Cycle Route.
• Access from the Elbe Cycle Route is via the Dresden city area, heading towards Reick/Hülßestraße. • Due to changing construction sites and cycling route layouts, we recommend using up-to-date bicycle navigation for your specific daily route.
• Please check directly with the hotel regarding bicycle parking facilities prior to your arrival.
Elbe Ferries and Mountain Railways
• No Elbe ferry is required to reach the hotel directly.
• The Dresden mountain railways (the funicular and the suspension railway in Loschwitz) are tourist attractions and are not part of the standard route to the hotel.
