Motorway A4 from Leipzig/Chemnitz, exit Dresden-Altstadt (direction city center), follow "Hotelroute D" signs (yellow)

Motorway A4 from Berlin, exit Dresden-Neustadt, at the roundabout after the exit follow Washingtonstraße approx. 2,5 km up to the traffic light on the bridge, turn right after 300 meters 

From the airport, motorway A4, exit Dresden-Altstadt (direction city center), follow "Hotelroute D" signs (yellow)

* Arrival from the airport:
Commuter train connection to the train station Bahnhof Neustadt (daily), connecting trains to the main station Hauptbahnhof according to timetable.

Servicepersonal Bar und Restaurant sehr höflich und hilfsbereit

Beherbungssteuer ohne Gegenleistung Personal an der Rezeption nicht sehr hilfsbereit Laute Zimmer an der Hauptstrasse mit Strassenbahngleis und Güterverkehrsgleis in unmittelbarer Nähe Zimmer sehr warm, Abhilfe schafft man mit einem Ventilator, der lauter ist als die Strassenbahn. Boden im Zimmer wurde in 4 Tagen nicht einmal gewischt, Bad wurde aber gereinigt.

Ausser der Repzetion wenig gute Eindrücke für ein Mercure Haus

Bei Ankunft gebrauchtes Toilettenpapier in der Toilette; Zur Straßenseite extrem laut bei geöffneten Fenster dazu kommt noch extremer Zuglärm; Bei geschlossenem Fenster betrug die Raumtemperatur 35° da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Für solch einen Zimmerbunker keine Klimaanlage ist unmöglich..., Dafür steht eine Ventilator der billigsten Art im Zimmer der mehr Lärm als angenehme Luft macht; Zimmer 310 hat durchgelegene Betten schlechter als eine Hängematte

Also insgesamt war alles gut. Nur, dass die Zimmer zu einer stark befahrenen Straße hin waren, die so laut war, dass man zum Schlafen nicht die Fenster öffnen konnte, haben Sie nicht erwähnt. Dass das Hotel unter einer Einflugschneise liegt, wurde ebenfach nicht erwähnt. Diesbezüglich fühlen wir uns schon hinters Licht geführt.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Obstimbiss im Zimmer bei Ankunft ein Hingucker und lecker.Das Frühstücksbuffet vielfältig und sehr angenehm.Ins Zentrum: zu Fuß an der Elbe entlang ca 1 h (je nach Schritttempo, abends nicht beleuchtet) oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln,Parkplatz am Hotel;.....Einfach weiter zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Elbe und ist für Sportler ideal.Ich empfehle als Radler die Strecke in Richtung Königstein.Mit dem Fahrrad ist die Innenstadt Dresdens schnell erreicht
