OSTRALE Biennale O25 - 15th International Exhibition of Contemporary Art
For the 15th time, the OSTRALE - Center for Contemporary Art is organizing its international exhibition of contemporary art, in 2025 at the robotron canteen in the heart of Dresden and at other locations.
"NEVER GREY is the dissolution of shadows, of obscurity, of darkness, of being lost, leading to the perception and opening of the colorful diversity that surrounds us. Color, used as a catalyst, activates and amplifies perception, making the diverse possibilities of observation and the colorful discourses and themes within the exhibition accessible. Our focus is on exploring the complexity of the current social issues that concern us.
At the heart of our curatorial approach is the idea of color as a material, as a symbol, as a dialogue, as well as in the context of movement, poetry, spirituality, or science. Colors are an expression of identity, of a cultural and political space."

We live in a worrying time in which existential crises and challenges are endless: the effects of the global pandemic, inflation and the tangible consequences of climate change, wars like those in Ukraine and the Middle East, as well as increasing social radicalization, populism, and growing xenophobia are a depressing reality....
The more diversely we are able to think, the more peaceful our interactions with one another can be.
Children up to the age of 12 with an accompanying adult are admitted free!
