Anno 1719 - with us you will not only get to know the life of the people in the baroque era, you will become part of it! With Augmented- and Virtual Reality technology you will sink into the almost perfect illusion of "Elbflorenz", as Dresden is also called, of the early 18th century.

During your 45-minute visit you will pass through 3 exciting stations:
1. The introduction at court
The clock turns back to the year 1719 and your TIMERIDEtime travel begins.
A time travel guide will give you an introduction to the history of historic Dresden and the famous Wettin dynasty.
Well prepared, you will set off on the enjoyable journey to the impressive Mercury Festival in the Dresden Zwinger.
2. Mingle with the common people
On your way there, an entertaining experience of a special kind awaits you. You will visit a juggler's stage and immerse yourself in contemporary entertainment for the first time on your TIMERIDE. As guests of a digital paper theater, you will experience the baroque lifestyle of the common people of Dresden. After the performance, you will continue your tour through the past.
3. In the magnificent carriage to the celebrations
Here, the real attraction and the virtual world merge. You take a seat in one of the many waiting magnificent carriages and, wearing virtual reality glasses, immerse yourself in the perfect illusionary world of the city of Dresden in 1719. The destination of your carriage ride is the magnificent wedding of August II and Maria Josepha in the Dresden Zwinger, which you can attend as guests.
