This 57 m² apartment (built in 2024) is located near the Neustadt Harbor and the Elbe Cycle Path - the perfect blend of urban living and relaxation in nature. The stylish furnishings with warm materials create a cozy atmosphere. Start your day relaxed with a coffee from the capsule machine.
Walks along the Elbe Cycle Path, a visit to Dresden's Old Town, or a trip to the trendy Neustadt district are all easily accessible. Dresden-Neustadt train station is just a few minutes' walk away.
House Rules:
1. PETS
Pets are not allowed.
2. QUIET HOURS, SMOKING & PARTIES
Parties and excessive noise are not permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony facing the street.
In case of violations, we reserve the right to charge a contractual penalty of €250 plus any consequential costs.
3. NUMBER OF GUESTS
Only the persons listed in the booking may stay overnight in the apartment.
4. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE
Commercial use of the apartment, as well as photo or video recordings, is only permitted with prior written consent.
5. NOISE CONTROL
A noise detector may be used (no voice or audio recording).
6. KEYS & DAMAGE
The loss of keys or transponders, as well as any damage incurred, must be reported immediately and will be billed accordingly.
7. INTERNET & COPYRIGHT
Use of the internet is at your own risk.
Illegal downloads, file sharing, and copyright infringements are prohibited.
The guest is fully liable for any resulting legal claims or damages.
8. ENFORCEMENT OF HOUSE RULES
In cases of serious or repeated violations, we reserve the right to terminate the stay without notice.
Check in / Check out
Check-in is convenient and contactless. You will receive all important information well in advance of your arrival.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM, check-out is by 11:00 AM (flexible times may be possible by arrangement).
Cancellation / payment conditions
Unless otherwise agreed, the total rental price is payable in full before arrival. Additional services such as interim cleaning, linen changes, or parking may be charged separately.
Cancellation by the Guest
Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before arrival. For cancellations within 48 hours of arrival, no-shows, or early departures, we charge 50% of the total price. Payments already made will be credited accordingly.
Rebooking
Free rebooking to a different date is possible at any time, subject to availability. If the new stay is more expensive, the difference will be charged.
