Description

The Seitner vacation apartments are idyllically situated below the Red Gate in Spitz an der Donau, nestled in its own vineyards and yet only about 0.5 km from the town center - a quiet and central location in the middle of the Wachau.

There are two comfortable apartments to choose from:

"Kellerkatz" (~73 m²) for up to six people: with one bedroom, children's room with bunk beds, anteroom, shower/WC, kitchen, veranda with cable TV and seating in the garden

"Weindaxl" (~65 m²) for two to four guests: equipped with bedroom, living room with dining area, kitchen, shower/WC, cable TV and terrace

Both apartments have bright, friendly furnishings, offer bed linen, hand and shower towels, as well as a crib and high chair if required - ideal for families with children

A spacious garden with lawn and deckchairs invites you to relax, read or sunbathe. WLAN is available free of charge, a bicycle storage room is available - guests can easily explore the Wachau by bike. Parking spaces are available at the house. The location is quiet yet central, in the middle of vineyards, ideal for connoisseurs and those seeking peace and quiet.

The hosts offer a bread roll service and, on request, a small Wachau breakfast with "Laberl" - a typical specialty of the region that makes the morning trip to the bakery superfluous. As the accommodation is located on a wine farm, there is the opportunity to taste local wines and learn more about regional viticulture.

The vacation apartments are located just 1 km from Spitz train station - easily accessible by train or bike, and shopping facilities, restaurants, the Danube and cycle paths are also just a few minutes away.
