Description

The family-run Winzerhof Holzheu is situated in a quiet location in the wine-growing village of Krustetten, just a few minutes' drive from Krems. The guest house with five comfortable double rooms is idyllically situated in the middle of rose gardens and vineyards, far away from traffic - ideal for a relaxing break.

Rooms & facilities

Five lovingly furnished double rooms, ideal for couples or groups of friends, with a view of the garden, modern bathroom/WC, some with a seating area - perfect for relaxing. The direct access to the garden ensures absolute peace and quiet, with only a rooster announcing the fresh breakfast eggs from our own henhouse in the morning.

Breakfast & service

In the morning, guests can enjoy a rich regional breakfast buffet with homemade delicacies on the terrace or in the breakfast room. The outstanding view over the entire Krems Valley ("Kremstal" in German) to Göttweig Abbey and the Wachau completes the feel-good experience and starts at breakfast.

Location & surroundings

The guesthouse and winery are located directly on the Way of St. James, in the middle of the wine village. Walks through the vineyards or short excursions to castles, palaces and natural landscapes are easily accessible from here (10-30 minutes by car).
