Description

The Fabio vacation home offers an apartment with a bedroom, a living room/bedroom, a bathroom, a flat-screen satellite TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with garden views. It also offers a key safe for contactless handover and a parking space. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all areas.

In 2021, two new lofts were built with great attention to detail next to the Fabio vacation home in the idyllic Kellergasse above the approximately 200-year-old wine cellars. These lofts of around 50 m2 are furnished in a contemporary style and have a bedroom, a living room/bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom/shower, a WC, a terrace, a key safe and a parking space. Loft 1 can be occupied by 2-3 people and Loft 2 by 2-4 people. Surrounded by vineyards, the terrace offers a place of rural tranquillity. A cycle path and the Way of St. James are in the immediate vicinity and invite you to go for walks.
