Information

-only in german-

Discover Dresden in the most beautiful way: relaxed, active, and with a tailwind. Our guided 1.5-hour bike tour on a city bike or e-bike is the perfect introduction to your visit to Dresden. In a compact and entertaining setting, we'll cycle with our friendly guide in a small group (max. 12 participants) to the most important sights.

We start directly at the Frauenkirche (Church of Our Lady) and then head towards the Elbe Cycle Path, one of the most beautiful cycling routes in Europe. With the Elbe River to our left, the old fortress to our right, and the Elbe meadows in view, we'll make our way to the Waldschlösschen Bridge. Before crossing to the right bank, we'll feel the breath of history: The Johannstadt Elbe embankment was the launching point for seaplanes on the first inter-German air link between Dresden and Hamburg.

Arriving at the Waldschlösschen Bridge, we are rewarded with a panoramic view of the spectacular Elbe Palaces, originally inhabited by the Prussian Prince Albrecht and Karl August Lingner, the inventor of Odol mouthwash. Back on the Elbe Cycle Path, we pass the government district, the Rose Garden, and a true Dresden landmark: the Golden Rider, a gilded monument to Saxony's ruler, Augustus the Strong.

We cross the Elbe again on the historic Augustus Bridge and experience the splendor of the Zwinger Palace, the Semper Opera House, and the Royal Palace. Following the Procession of Princes, we cycle leisurely back to our starting point.
