Darmstadt is the birthplace of numerous inventions. Internationally active companies and research institutes have their headquarters here. This is where Plexiglas® was invented and where today the European satellites are controlled and the data for our weather is collected. The tour continues to the city's scientific institutions, past Darmstadt's tallest building, the energy-efficient model factory of the future and the historic university buildings. Meeting point: Mathildenplatz, bus stop 13* (This is a recommendation! The meeting point can be chosen individually). Duration: 120 minutes
