Auf den Spuren der Stadtmauer – mit Besuch des Museums Hinkelsturm

Today's residential palace developed from the Katzenelnbogen moated castle of the 13th century. Darmstadt was granted city rights in 1330 and was allowed to build a city wall and hold markets. The tour also includes a visit to the Old Town Museum in the Hinkel Tower. The darmstadtium reserves the right to cancel booked tours up to two weeks before the date due to a change in the booking situation. This does not give rise to any claims for damages against darmstadtium or Darmstadt Marketing.

The entrance fee of 2.50 euros per person must be paid in cash at the museum ticket office. Pupils and students pay a reduced admission fee of 1.50 euros, which is also payable at the museum ticket office.
