Tour of the Mathildenhöhe with explanations of the history of the artists' colony founded in 1899. You will gain an impression of the entire ensemble: studio house, exhibition building and artists' houses. Visit to an artist's house subject to availability. Visit to the Wedding Tower with a view of the Prince's Room, the Wedding Room and a visit to the viewing platform. Meeting point: Infopoint Mathildenhöhe (Olbrichweg 10, h_da parking lot)* Duration: 120 minutes

The maximum group size is 25 people. This tour takes place entirely outside, a visit to the artists' houses is currently not possible. *An individual meeting point is possible by arrangement. Important note: From October 1, 2024, the meeting point for all guided tours on the Mathildenhöhe is the north entrance of the Museum Künstlerkolonie Darmstadt, at Olbrichweg 13a. Our tip: Book admission to the Wedding Tower directly with us! Admission to the Wedding Tower is EUR 2 per person. This price is only valid for groups (10 or more people). For smaller groups (up to 9 people) the regular admission price of EUR 3 per person applies. Children under 12 years have free admission. Without prior booking, admission must be paid directly on site!
