Participation by appointment only, minimum age 12 years. All persons aged 16 and over must carry a valid identity card! Guided tours at EUMETSAT in Darmstadt are only possible on Fridays! Individual guided tours can be booked on Fridays at 11 am or 1 pm. Therefore, please refrain from making requests for other days of the week or weekends. Conditions: Access is not possible without registration and valid identification, and we ask you to inform your participants that they must identify themselves on site with an identity card or passport and that no large bags or rucksacks may be carried. It is not possible to leave these at the entrance. The group leader will take care of the registration formalities at the gate. Children must be at least 12 years old! Please report to the visitors' gate 15 minutes (please not earlier) before the agreed time. There is no possibility to stay on the premises. EUMETSAT reserves the right to cancel the tour at any time for internal reasons. The customer shall not be entitled to any compensation for costs incurred as a result. We would like to point out that it is not permitted to leave the group on the EUMETSAT premises. Security reserves the right to expel persons who leave the group from the premises. Visitor badges must be worn visibly at all times. Should there be any changes to the date or meeting point, please contact us on 0 61 51 - 13 45 14 (office Mon-Fri 9 am - 4 pm). If the customer cancels the tour less than 48 hours before the agreed start time, WDM GmbH will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed total price. If the cancellation is made on the day of the tour or if the person making the booking does not appear within 20 minutes of the agreed tour time, 100% of the costs will be charged. The cancellation fee is due for payment immediately to the account specified below. For EUMETSAT guided tours, we must receive a complete list of participants (max. 20 people per tour) at least five working days before the date. Only then can we register you properly with EUMETSAT and ensure that everything runs smoothly. We therefore ask you to fill in the list of participants with your booking number, the date and time of your guided tour and the names and nationalities of the participants and send it back to us.
