An extra playroom for the children equalizes the situation when the weather does not want as it should. A spacious, light-flooded dining and kitchen with transition to the living room invites you to linger and spend time together. From the kitchen it goes directly into the garden. A perfect situation for chilling out, sunbathing or barbecuing. Your cars park on our 2 parking spaces in front of the house, your bikes park in the shed behind the house.

Description

Enclosed by a garden, which is exclusively available to our guests, you will find your vacation home on the ground floor of a three-part house in the center of Chieming. After 5 min comfortable walk with child, stroller, dog or grandma and grandpa you are at the extensive Chiemsee beach and can enjoy the Bavarian Sea. Mini golf course or the next shopping opportunity are also within easy walking distance. You can swim locally or rent a boat or explore the entire lake and its wonderful places and locations with the steamers of the Chiemsseschiffahrt from Dampfersteg Chieming.Your vehicles park on our 2 parking spaces in front of the house, your bikes park in the shed behind the house. In the apartment you have a fully equipped, large kitchen-living room. In the laundry room of the apartment you will find a Miele washing machine and a Miele dryer in case you ever need to do your laundry. The entire apartment is equipped with free wi-fi. We leave the keys for you in a key safe. The moment you enter, your vacation will begin.

Environment description

Only 5min comfortable walk with child, stroller, dog or grandma and grandpa separate them from the extensive Chiemseestrand, shopping or the shipart pier of Chieming. At the freely accessible Chiemsee beach you can stay and swim, rent boats or explore the entire lake and its sights in summer with the steamers of the Chiemsseschiffahrt from Dampfersteg Chieming. For day trips you can also visit the Mozart city Salzburg, the state capital Munich, the national park Bergdesgaden or with children a trip to the fairy tale park Marquartstein or the amusement park Ruhpolding. Hiking, cycling, climbing peaks, culture or lying comfortably in the sun... Depending on your mood - the vacation can come!

About the host

We, the Wend family, look forward to welcoming you as guests in our previous home. With our children we spent many great hours in the apartment and enjoyed the Chiemsee, the nature and the surroundings.

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of 1,00 EUR per
person/night for persons over 16 years of age. Children from the age of 6
to the age of 16: 0,50 EUR. Children up to 6 years: 0,00 EUR.

Arrival Description

Access via the freeway Munich-Salzburg A8. Exit Grabenstätt and from there 9 km to Chieming. In the center of the village, about 400m from the lakeshore is the apartment in Josef-Heigenmooser-Str. 2b.Access from the B 304 Munich-Wasserburg also possible and via the "German Holiday Route Alps-Baltic Sea" via Obing, Seeon and Seebruck.
