On the 1st floor of our newly renovated farmhouse is our lovingly furnished, 80sqm vacation apartment with large kitchen-living room, dining set, couch with TV and radio, large kitchenette with refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker egg boiler, toaster, kettle, stove with oven and dishwasher. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, extra TV and high quality comforters and pillows, most of which are made from our own alpaca wool and are ideal for allergy sufferers. In the children's room there is a bunk bed and a single bed for a total of 3 people. In the bathroom, of course, in addition to shower and toilet, there is also a make-up mirror and hairdryer. You are welcome to use the baby crib and high chair. The apartment's own balcony faces south and east and offers space to relax with the balcony furniture.

The living-dining area is equipped with a large dining table, corner couch, TV with integrated radio and USB connection. The kitchenette with refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, egg boiler, kettle, toaster, electric stove and dishwasher. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, extra TV and high quality comforters and pillows, most of which are made from our own alpaca wool and are ideal for allergy sufferers. The children's room is equipped for two children and has a bunk bed. In the bathroom there is a large shower, toilet and also a vanity mirror and hairdryer, as well as towels and toiletries are available. You can also use a baby crib and a high chair with us on request. The balcony of the apartment is south-facing and offers space to relax with the balcony furniture. Description

Our renovated farmhouse with yard is located in absolute solitude in the middle of green meadows, far from road traffic with plenty of space. You can enjoy the tranquility of nature while the children have fun at the in-house playground. Whether trampoline, sandpit, swing, large vehicle park, foosball or ping-pong table invite you to romp and discover with us. Your children will not be bored, while they recover from everyday stress on the terrace, balcony or a lounger in the garden. Our alpacas, rabbits, guinea pigs and chickens are already looking forward to extensive stroking and one or the other treat! We have alpacas. We would be happy to take you on a walk through the countryside, where you can experience the tranquility of the alpacas and the beautiful nature. If you need something different you can go to the Chiemsee beach 3km away for swimming and sunbathing or take the Chiemsee boat trip to the islands in the Bavarian Sea. Great sights are waiting to be discovered here as well. Cycling, hiking, amusement parks, strolling through old town alleys or experience wild inflatable boat rides / recreation and experiences you will find enough in our area!
