Welcome to our house! Our house is located in the beautiful Nußdorf near Traunstein in the Upper Bavarian Chiemgau. The 100sqm vacation apartment offers space for 1-5 adults, for families with up to four children. So nothing stands in the way of your vacation as a large family or with friends! Chieming at the Chiemsee is in about 6 km very easy to reach by bike or car. There is also a steamer landing stage to reach the fascinating islands, the Herreninsel with its magnificent castle of King Ludwig II and the Fraueninsel with the monastery and the Minster Church, which can be called a place of power, by boat.Excursions to the Chiemgau Alps, to the Rupertigau with its beautiful Waginger Lake, to the Berchtesgadener- but also to the Salzburg region - from our location a varied vacation is possible for you according to your wishes. Culture, mountain hiking, cycling or chilling by the lake - our region has something for everyone. We are looking forward to welcoming you!

Arrival Description

Freeway A8 Munich-Salzburg, exit Grabenstätt approx. 7 km direction Chieming, through Chieming, at the traffic circle straight ahead direction Traunreut/Sondermoning. 800 m after Sondermoning turn right towards Nußdorf. In Nußdorf turn right "Am Martlberg". Continue straight ahead for about 300 m, then turn left into the driveway "Am Martlberg 12".
