The Schmidhuber vacation home is located next to the historic Schmidhuberhof in an orchard on the outskirts of Tabing. The modern wooden passive house was completed in 2019 and houses two exceptional 5-star vacation apartments. Each apartment has an open living area with a large kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom with rain shower and bathtub. The apartments have south/west facing loggias. In the ground floor apartment MAX there is another east-facing breakfast terrace. The apartment KATHI on the upper floor captivates by its room height and the dreamlike view. All rooms have underfloor heating in combination with controlled living room ventilation, electric external blinds and mosquito screens. The spacious garden with meadow to let off steam, giant trampoline, table tennis, barbecue area, hammock, natural pond and herb garden is available to all guests. Peace, nature, beautiful architecture and Lake Chiemsee around the corner make this place the ideal vacation destination for couples and families.Included: wi-fi, parking with e-charging station, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, sound box, use of washing machine, dryer and much more.

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of 1,00 EUR per
person/night for persons over 16 years of age. Children from the age of 6
to the age of 16: 0,50 EUR. Children up to 6 years: 0,00 EUR.
Terms of payment: Within 7 days after booking a deposit of 20% of the total price is due for payment. The remaining amount is due 3 days before arrival at the latest. You will receive the invoice for your booking within the next few days. For short-term bookings within 7 days before arrival, the full price is due for payment immediately.
