Our 2015 newly built house is located only 50m from Lake Chiemsee. With a lot of own work we have demolished the old farmhouse and rebuilt in the same style. Our property was first mentioned in a document in 1587 and has now been in the family for 6 generations. Benefit from the ideal location: on the one hand you can be at the lake in a minute, but on the other hand you are completely undisturbed in your vacation apartment, on your balcony or in our garden. Relax in a deck chair under fruit trees, enjoy the expanse of the lake with an imposing view of the Chiemgau mountains and let your vacation day pass in review with dreamlike sunsets. You want to make your vacation active? Whether hiking or biking, stand up paddling or walking, sailing or swimming, our foothills of the Alps offer countless possibilities. The Herreninsel with the famous castle of King Ludwig II and the romantic Fraueninsel with picturesque gardens and monastic charm you can reach both comfortably by steamer, which departs in summer directly from the front door. Arrive - switch off - feel good. We have invested a lot of time in the furnishing of our apartments, which are furnished with great attention to detail, in order to offer you a comfortable ambience in which to relax. All apartments have old wood furniture made by a carpenter, underfloor heating in all rooms, floor-level showers with rain shower, covered balconies with seating and dining area, exposed roof chair (on the 2nd floor), dishwasher, extra-long beds,... The harmonious combination of tradition and modernity leaves nothing to be desired. We would be pleased to welcome you as guests in our house!
