Living room and bedroom, as well as the kitchen are equipped with high-quality, oiled solid oak parquet, bathroom and entrance area are tiled. The apartment is tastefully furnished. Windows and balcony door of the living room and bedroom have partly electric shutters. In all rooms windows and balcony doors are equipped with insect screens. In the apartment we keep a small selection of detective stories and vacation reading material ready for you. In summer there are fresh herbs for our guests to harvest.

Description

The Ansitz Adlmaier, built in 1895, since 1905 in family ownership, was lovingly and extensively renovated in 2014/2015. Among other things, a vacation apartment with a magnificent view of the Chiemgau mountains has been created. Enjoy your vacation in our well-kept and sunny vacation apartment with private entrance. A spacious west-facing balcony offers our guests a magnificent mountain view all year round and fresh herbs to harvest in summer. A lockable garage with charging station is available for e-bikes. Free W-Lan is a matter of course. We are looking forward to your visit!

Environment description

Located in the center of Chieming, shopping facilities such as bakery, Edeka and butcher are within walking distance, as well as restaurants and the shore of Lake Chiemsee. The landlady will be happy to give you tips for excursions and cultural programs for your vacation in Chiemgau. Your safety is our top priority, we will gladly send you our hygiene concept.

Freeway exit Chieming, Grabenstätt, at the traffic circle approx. 6km direction Chieming. In Chieming follow the main street until the catholic church, here turn left into Egererstrasse, the second house on the left side is your destination.
