In summer, balcony furniture and a parasol complete the offer. An insect screen sliding door is attached to the bedroom and allows you to sleep with the window open, appropriate fly screens are also attached in the kitchen.

Description

Located on the outskirts of the village with mountain views and close to the forest, 5 minutes by car to the thermal spa and only 3 minutes by car to the nearest golf course (18-hole).Ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours in the surrounding area (one of the oldest nature reserves in Bavaria), or visit our Chiemgau thermal baths. There are numerous leisure activities or the festival Immling with its annual opera performances. Swim, sail or surf at the perhaps most beautiful natural lakes in Bavaria, e.g.: the Simssee, Chiemsee or a lake of the Chiemgauer Seenplatte. Enjoy the mountains up close and take advantage of guided hikes to learn a lot about mountain life. Take a detour to Wasserburg (the little Venice of Bavaria), or to Rosenheim for a shopping tour.

Environment description

In the immediate vicinity is a village store where groceries and much more can be purchased. In addition, every Thursday in the Gasthof Waldwinkl there is a Weisswurst - breakfast from our own production of the butchery. The restaurant ,,Vivarium" offers traditional dishes as well as vegetarian / vegan cuisine. In Höslwang there is also the Gasthof zur schönen Aussicht, where you can enjoy the panoramic view of the lake district and the mountain landscape. In the restaurant ,,Förg" in Pellham you can enjoy the view of the Pellhammer lake and the house café Winkler offers an excellent opportunity to try a homemade cake.
