Details
The Häusl is a Chieminger gem, one of the oldest Chieminger houses and lovingly restored. Although it is small, it offers space for two people. To be able to stand comfortably on the 1st floor, the beds in the bedroom stand apart. A small private garden invites you to sit and relax. The house can only be heated with a wood stove and therefore it is only rented in summer.

Description

Our house is located on the eastern shore of Lake Chiemsee in the immediate vicinity of the boat rental, landing stage, lido, gastronomy, mini golf with bike rental and beach promenade. Detailed information about the equipment of each apartment you can find out by phone or internet. One apartment is on the first floor and is suitable for wheelchair users. Use of the washing machine is possible for a fee.

Environment description

Chieming liegt am Ostufer des Chiemsees. Neben 8 km frei zugänglichem Badestrand gibt es auch ein Strandbad und mehrere Kioske am Ufer. Im Ort befinden sich einige Gaststätten, Supermarkt, Metzgerei, Post, Bäcker und noch so einige Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf.
Mit kurzer Anfahrt erreichen Sie die Chiemgauer Berge, aber auch unsere Kreisstadt Traunstein, Rosenheim oder Wasserburg ("klein Italien") - auch Salzburg ist nur ca. 35 km von uns entfernt. 
Bei uns in Chieming können Sie auf den Spuren der Römer wandeln, am See spazieren, traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge beobachten, oder einfach die Seele baumeln lassen.

About the host

Wir, die Familie Wallner, betreiben unsere Berufsfischerei am Chiemsee schon in der 12. Generation.
Jeden Donnerstag (von Pfingsten bis Ende September auch Dienstag) gibt es bei uns frisch geräucherte Fische, im Sommer auch Fischsemmeln. Auch fangfrische Chiemseefische haben wir im Angebot.
Seit Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts wurden auch schon Zimmer an "Sommerfrischler" bei uns vermietet - inzwischen gibt es vier Ferienwohnungen und das gemütliche Ferienhäusl.
Bei uns werden die Traditionen noch gelebt - sei es im Trachtenverein oder bei der Blaskapelle, es ist immer was los.
