Our newly built vacation apartment is furnished in a very stylish and high quality. The mixture between rustic wooden elements and modern ambience gives the apartment a special flair. In the very light-flooded kitchen-living room in the attic you immediately feel at home. This area and also the rest of the apartment is well protected from summer heat by roller blinds and Venetian blinds. In the back of the open space, you can comfortably end the day on our large family couch. The inviting dining area is also located there. In the front is the spacious kitchen, from which you can enjoy a coffee with a mountain view. From here you can access the covered balcony, which is located on the west side and from which you have a wonderful view of the Hochplatte to the, in Tyrol, Wilder Kaiser. The two bedrooms are equipped with two double beds in the size 180x200 cm. In the pine room you can enjoy the scent of the soothing essential oils of the massive pine furniture. In the oak room you will find a very high quality bedroom with rustic solid oak furniture with a large closet. In the spacious bathroom there is a ground level large shower. The apartment is equipped with controlled ventilation of the living space and is thus also well suited for allergy sufferers. The entrance door of the apartment is on the 1st floor, which is reached by a separate external staircase.
