During your stay, you have exclusive use of the entire log house with a living area of approx. 125 sqm and the associated, approx. 450 sqm fenced garden with mountain and forest views. There is also a lockable garage and two parking spaces in front of the garage. The log cabin is equipped for an occupancy of up to 8 persons. You can check in on the day of arrival through a key safe at any time from 4.00 pm. You enter the house via a small hallway with wardrobe. There is a bedroom on the ground floor with a bunk bed (mattresses 90 x 200 cm each) and an open living area with dining area, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a tiled stove with hotplate and a sofa corner with satellite TV. The bathroom with WC and shower is also located on the ground floor and, as a special feature, the sauna included in the rental price. Marble tiles are laid throughout the ground floor. You reach the upper floor via a wooden staircase. There you will find a spacious bedroom with a double bed (2 mattresses of 90 x 200 cm each), a sofa bed (lying surface 160 x 190 cm) and a private balcony with a view of the mountains and the neighbourhood. A children's - travel cot is provided on request for children aged 0-2 years. There is also another bedroom upstairs with a double bed (2 mattresses of 90 x 200 cm each), a corner bench set and its own balcony with a forest view. The flooring on the upper floor consists of oiled wooden floorboards. In addition, there is a WC with washbasin on the upper floor. The newly laid out, fenced garden with two terraces, barbecue facilities and garden furniture invites you to rest, relax or socialise. Free Wi-Fi is available for guests throughout the holiday home.

Then our log house, built entirely from native spruce beams in 2010, may be just the right thing for you. The log cabin exudes a homely atmosphere and ensures cozy living comfort. It is ecological, energy-saving, natural and pollutant-free. In summer, the living climate is pleasantly cool and in winter comfortably warm. During your stay, the complete log house with a living area of approx. 125 sqm and the associated, approx. 450 sqm large, fenced garden with mountain and forest views is available for your sole use.
Environment description
The property is located on a gravel private road with very little traffic. On one side of the property the Fischbachbach runs along, on one side is bordered by a deciduous forest. There are only a few detached houses in the neighborhood. Enriching Auerbach in every season with its hiking trail and several bathing spots can be reached on foot after only 400 m. Directly from the log house you can start several hiking and cycling tours on foot or by bicycle. Various bathing lakes are also easily accessible by bicycle. With appropriate snow conditions, cross-country trails are groomed in the village that you can easily reach on foot. Otherwise there are many leisure activities in the vicinity such as hiking tours, mountain - bike - routes, lakes, water skiing, tennis (for a fee), summer toboggan run, ski resorts, ski tours, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, fortress Kufstein, Ebbs rarities zoo, and much more.

Arrival Description
Inntalautobahn A93 direction Kufstein/Innsbruck/Brenner. Exit Oberaudorf. Turn left towards Oberaudorf. At the entrance to the village turn right towards Niederaudorf/Bayerischzell (Naunspitzstr, Geigelsteinstr). After the railway underpass turn right at the end of the road (Rosenheimer Str. ). After 1. 4 km after the Auerbach Bridge turn left towards Bayerischzell/Sudelfeld (Tatzelwurmstr. ). After 500 m turn left at the bus stop into Brünnsteinstraße. After 170 m turn left into "Am Fischbach". After 40 m the road forks. Turn left into the gravel road. The log house Am Fischbach 5a is located on the left side of the road.
