The farm is located in the beautiful Chiemgau / Rupertiwinkel in Upper Bavaria between Burghausen and Tittmoning near the Salzach, in free nature with views of the mountains.The family-friendly organic farm we are managed by us as a sideline. We have a herd of mother cows as well as sheep, chickens, horses and a pony.Our animals are kept species-appropriate and have year-round run. Respectful treatment of people, animals and nature is important to us.

About the host

We are pleased to welcome you as guests on our farm. In free nature, in the middle of meadows and forests our farm is situated with the panorama Berchtesgadener and Chiemgauer Alps. The location of our farm near the Leitgeringer Lake, Waginger Lake and Chiemsee is ideal for family activities and excursions.Also attractions such as the old town of Burghausen with the longest castle complex in the world or Tittmoning with the old town and the castle and the museum of local history are very close. Trips to Salzburg or Berchtesgaden (e.g. Königsee), or for hiking / climbing in the mountains do not take a long drive.

The agreed price is due as follows: 50% deposit at booking 50% balance payment at the latest on the day of arrival Cancellation conditions: Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival free of charge Cancellation up to 45 days before arrival 20% of the total rent Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival 50% of the total rent After that and in case of no-show 90% of the total rent In case of new occupancy of the apartment only a fee of 10% will be charged. On the day of arrival the apartment is available to the guest from 15:00 according to the contract. On the day of departure the apartment is to be handed over to the landlord by 10:00 a.m. in accordance with the contract.
