All the more we attach great importance to the little things and to beautiful details. All our rooms are different and individual, always very cozy and lovingly furnished. Currently we have 11 cozy rooms, in the categories standard room, comfort room, suite and single room.With great attention to detail we create an atmosphere to feel good and relax. Five rooms have been completely renovated in November 2019.All rooms have a new, modern bathroom with floor-deep walk-in shower. Clean and hygienic are our new wooden or laminate floors. Some rooms have a balcony.We are here for you and want to make your stay a special experience. Important for us is the individual and personal contact with our guests. In the morning we welcome you with a delicious, healthy and vital breakfast, give you tips for planning your day and help you at any time. In the evening, after a wonderful day, you will be happy about the peace and coziness in our hotel. Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. Vom Ländle nach Bayern. Für uns war es schon seit längerem ein Herzenswunsch - ein familienfreundliches Hotel in schöner Umgebung. Und manchmal geht alles dann eben doch ganz schnell. So sind wir im Juli 2018 etwas abrupt in unser neues Leben „gestolpert“. Aber manchmal muss man die Chance, die einem das Leben bietet, am Schopfe packen. Wir mussten nicht lange überlegen, als uns die „Alte Säge“ angeboten wurde und zogen mit der Familie vom Ländle ins wunderschöne Ruhpolding. Denn hier können wir genau das verwirklichen was uns wichtig ist und Freude macht: In herrlicher Naturlandschaft ein Familienhotel mit Herzblut und neuen Ideen führen. Arrival Description
Du kommst mit dem AutoAuf der Autobahn A8 - München - Salzburg kommend, nimmst du die Ausfahrt Siegsdorf / Ruhpolding. In nur ca. 9 km Entfernung erreichst du Ruhpolding ganz schnell. Ortseingang nimmst du die Hauptstraße und fährst Richtung Bahnhof und erreichst den zentralen Kreisverkehr. Die zweite Ausfahrt, weiter auf der Haupt und danach gleich links in die Zeller Straße einbiegen. Immer geradeaus, vorbei am Discounter Penny, über die Brücke der Traun. Danach sofort wieder links in die Miesenbacher Straße. Nach ca. 400 m hast du die Alte Säge auf der rechten Seite erreicht. Deine Anreise mit Zug oder FlugzeugEntspannt mit der Bahn. Nur 800 m entfernt liegt der Bahnhof von Ruhpolding. Somit ist eine entspannte Anreise mit der Bahn ganz einfach möglich. Selbstverständlich holen wir euch gerne vom Bahnhof ab. Bitte gebt uns ein paar Tage vor eurer Anreise Bescheid, damit wir rechtzeitig und sicher am Bahnhof bereitstehen. Oder lieber mit dem Flugzeug? Die nächsten beiden Flughäfen sind Salzburg und München. Salzburg ist jedoch mit nur ca. 50 km Entfernung deutlich näher gelegen, als das ca. 120 km entfernte München. Auf Anfrage bieten wir auch einen Shuttle zum Flughafen Salzburg an. Von München aus verkehren viele Züge weiter nach Ruhpolding.
