Quiet, cosy 1 1/2 room holiday flat for 1-4 people close to the centre with an unobstructed view of the Kaisergebirge. The flat is located on the second floor. It has a living room with sofa bed and another sleeping option with double bed, which is located in a romantic small room with sloping roof and storage facilities separated from the living room. The flat has a hallway with a small kitchen with two hotplates, kettle, toaster and a bathroom with toilet, shower and window. Furthermore, the flat has a covered south-facing balcony. The sauna, lounge and ski room belonging to the house are also available. A free parking space belongs to the holiday flat. The hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks, the local bus (only in winter), the tourist information, restaurants, café and the ski school are in the immediate vicinity and can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. Arrival Description

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
