Description
The house at the spa is in a top location, directly opposite the thermal landscape of the Chiemgau Thermen, as well as at the magnificent spa park. From there, the dreamlike landscape, extends over the adjoining landscape conservation area Simsseemoos to the Simssee and invites you to wonderful hikes and bike rides. From here you not only have very short distances to your spa treatments (a physiotherapist is in the house), or wellness treatments (Medical Wellness), but this is also an ideal starting point for many leisure activities and cultural events and sights (bus stop).
terms/extras
The prices quoted do not include a tourist tax of EUR2.00 per person/night. For families, the first and second person each pay EUR2.00 per day and EUR1.00 for the third person. No visitor's tax is charged for each additional family member. Children from 7 - 16 years are also charged EUR 1.00, children from 0-6 years are exempt from the visitor's tax. Breakfast is available next door in the bistro of the Simssee Klinik, in the local bakeries and cafés in the town centre (5 minutes' walk). Drinks service, new espresso/coffee pad machine, CD player/radio, SAT-TV. A deposit of 30% of the full booking amount is due within 10 days of booking. Please contact your host after booking. On request and for an extra charge: pick-up service from the railway station (also from the airport), shopping service on the day of arrival, pets EUR 10,- per day!
Arrival Description
Freeway Munich - Salzburg, exit Rosenheim always in the direction of Traunstein, in Bad Endorf pass the church on the right and drive through the village. Behind the Mercedes car dealership turn right into Kurstraße. At the end turn right again into Ströbinger Straße. Freeway Salzburg - Munich, exit Bernau, via Prien and Rimsting to Bad Endorf until you reach the Mercedes car dealer, there turn left into Kurstraße. At the end turn right again into Ströbinger Straße. Train: Munich - Salzburg line, Bad Endorf station. Train pick-up by arrangement. Footpath 10 minutes: turn left to Bauernwirt, turn right around the inn and follow Jahnstraße to Ströbinger Straße (adjacent).
