Parking spaces for guests are free of charge directly at the house. Thanks to our central location, you will find many recreational opportunities such as an outdoor pool, mini golf course, but also cycling and hiking trails, cross-country ski trails and toboggan run in the immediate vicinity. Environment description
Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. Arrival Description
Access via Brunnenstr., coming from Unterwössen take the B 305 to the church and continue to the town hall square and post office. At the Gasthaus zum Löwen turn left into Brunnenstr., drive straight on and you will find our house at the end of Sackstr.
