Balcony, underground car park, ski cellar etc. The spacious living-dining-kitchen area invites you to linger and enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Luftkurort Reit im Winkl Laut Wikipedia wird das Prädikat Luftkurort an "Ortschaften vergeben, deren Luft und Klima laut einem Gutachten Eigenschaften aufweisen, die für Erholung und Gesundheit förderlich sind. Reit im Winkl wurde 1956 zum Luftkurort ernannt und hat seitdem die Voraussetzungen für das Gutachten durch bemühen immer wieder erfüllt. Zum einen die Höhenlage, die dafür sorgt, dass die Sommerhitze gemäßigt und die Nächte angenehm kühl bleiben. Der Ort ist umgeben von ausgedehnten Bergwäldern der Chiemgauer Alpen und ist zum Großklima dem Klimabezirk "Bayerische Alpen" zuzurechnen. Der Witterungscharakter wird entscheidend durch die Gegebenheiten, das heißt durch den Einfluss der Gebirgszüge und der Taleinschnitte auf das Wettergeschehen, bestimmt.Neben den natürlichen Voraussetzungen für gute Luft kümmern wir uns aktiv mit der Naturwärme oder reichlich Bus-Angeboten darum, dass uns die gute Bergluft erhalten bleibt.
